Tim J Voller MRICS
I have worked in the property industry for over 20 years and have been a Member of the Royal institute of Chartered Surveyors since 2009, a RICS Registered Valuer since 2012 and most recently I have been undertaking Expert Witness Reports. I have largely been based in Norfolk, surveying and valuing a wide range of properties that make up its housing stock, from 1960's bungalows to 1660's timber framed farm houses. My experience of building materials and construction methods typical to the region along with my local knowledge of its villages and towns contributes to me producing consistently accurate, detailed and informative survey reports.
