I have over 20 years of experience in the property industry and have been a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2009, as well as an RICS Registered Valuer since 2012. In recent years, my focus has been on producing expert witness reports.
Based primarily in Norfolk, I have surveyed and valued a wide range of properties across the region — from 1960s bungalows to 17th-century timber-framed farmhouses. My knowledge of local building materials, construction methods, and the character of Norfolk’s towns and villages enables me to deliver consistently accurate, detailed, and insightful survey reports.

Humphrey
Humphrey had a long journey from Romania to start his new life in Norwich.
He enjoys long walks with Tim, and has a keen interest in cheese, paddling and bones. He's a very good boy.
